Where can I get my order?

Online sales include all the national and international territory indicated and you can receive it at the delivery address you provide.

How much does the order cost?

Peninsula (Spain) 4 €.

Balearic Islands 6€.

Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands 10€.

Portugal 4€.

When can I receive my order?

For shipments in the Peninsula, orders will be delivered within a period of 1 to 2 business days, once payment has been verified and provided the selected item is available.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, orders have a delivery period of 4 business days.

Orders will be effective on the same day as long as they are made before 14:00. (Those made after that time will be sent the next day)

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

Valeria Derbais is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders for reasons beyond our control.

Returns policy

How should I do to return an item?

It must be informed and approved by the customer service department and the quality department.

To return a product, it must be in its same packaging, as received and in perfect condition.

Valeria Derbais offers the possibility of picking up the return at your home, running the costs on the part of the client or consumer. Once the product is received, our quality department will check and corroborate the reason for its return.

Can I return all the items?

All Valeria Derbais garments can be returned except the outlet, as long as the reason for their return is reported in a period of 24 natural hours after receiving your order, without having been used and arriving in perfect condition. Or within a period of 7 days in case of exchange for another item, size or color.

Outlet products do not have returns.

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?

First of all, to proceed with the exchange or return, you must contact us. Our email address is comunicacion@valeriaderbais.com, you can also contact us by calling 652 460 620 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You must indicate the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, the customer can send the return as long as they are informed by Valeria Derbais that they proceed with that process, or we will request the collection of the product with our transport agency at the address that we provided when making the purchase and we will We will deduct the shipping costs for the return of the final refund. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer, both the return of the product and the change of size.

In the event that the return is due to an error on the part of Valeria Derbais, or to a factory defect, our company will bear the shipping costs for the return.

Once the products to be exchanged or returned have been checked, we will proceed to send the exchange of your product, voucher or refund of the amount in case it is notified in the terms stipulated above.

No exchange or refund will be accepted without prior acceptance by our customer service and reviewed by our quality department.

If the return requested is accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase. If it is by bank transfer, we will have a maximum period of 10 working days.

Valeria Derbais reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same conditions as received.

How do I return an order?

-Seasonal items

Once the package is received, the quality department will check that it is in good condition, and communicated within the stipulated period of time, Valeria Derbais agrees to change, voucher or credit your order.

After 24 hours, you have a period of 7 calendar days to communicate your reason for return. In this period Valeria Derbais will only attend to changes by size, model, color … etc. In the event that you are not convinced, the return will be made by a voucher without expiration of the amount of your order, which can be exchanged in a next online purchase.

If the term extends up to 14 days after the receipt of your order, you will only have the option to exchange for another size or color of the same model.

 

-Sales items:

Outlet products can only be exchanged for a coupon to buy another garment. You can get this coupon once you register as a buyer in the my account or purchase process section. If you want to return your order, you will enter the section my account and there will be a section changes and returns. You will find a form to return the order and they will give you the coupon with the same amount as that of your order to be able to buy.

Albania, Bonia&herzegovina, Cyprus, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Kosovo, Macedonia , Malta, Montenegro, Turkey is 3-5 days – 35,00€.

EXCEPTIONS:

For Corsica, add 18,00€ on French fare. Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Man, add €3.00 on the United Kingdom fare. For Norway add 3,00€ on the tariff indicated. For Greece, add 3,00€ on your respective tariff for shipments up to 3 kg. For Serbia 7,00€ on their respective rate. For Turkey, add 20,00€.
